Are you a singer wanting to learn an instruments? Jen Bamford, Flute Teacher, is starting a New Flute Choir on Monday.
There will be two groups – The Junior group is for students from beginner to approximately Grade 5 standard. The upper age limit for this group is 18 years.
The Senior group is open to players of any age who can play beyond a Grade 5 standard.
There will be 3 sessions in the summer, just to get started and to gauge interest, then hopefully regularly in September.
So, the details:-
Mondays 6th, 13th & 20th July
New College, Swindon – Room G49 (Themis’ music room)
Junior group – 7:00-8:00pm
Senior group – 8:00-9:00pm
Cost – £3.00 per person, per session, initially payable on each day.
Come along with a flute and plenty of enthusiasm!!
It’s fine to turn up on the day, although an email to jenlou.bamford@googlemail.com to show interest will be useful if possible, so that I can have an idea of numbers.
If you think this sounds like a good idea, please spread the word! I look forward to meeting some new flute players, and hopefully seeing some “old faces” too!
