Spotlight today on one of our former students Charlotte Logan (Charley). Charley attended the Friday Girls Ensemble for many years and achieved her Grade 8 Musical Theatre Exam. Charley was also a talented dancer and, at 18, went from Swindon Dance to train the London Contemporary Dance School.
Charley is currently living in Copenhagen where she is performing with Danish Dance Theatre (DDT) in their national tour of Carmina Burana.
It is good to know that all Charley’s voice and projection training has been put to good use in this production as there is voice and facial work involved which you will be able to see in the short film clip.
There are 38/40 performances of this show across Denmark and Germany with 2 casts alternating performances.
Special congraulations to Charley, who has ended up in both casts and is therefore performing in all shows anvd she is the only dancer in the company to do this.
